Platform Role

PakTruck is a marketplace that helps customers find and contact truck owners and drivers. PakTruck does not take custody of goods and is not the carrier unless a separate PakTruck service explicitly states otherwise.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying driver, truck, route, freight, and payment details before handing over goods or making payments. You must provide accurate account and profile information.

Verification

PakTruck may offer verification features. Verification is not a guarantee of conduct, delivery, payment, or cargo safety.

Third-Party Services

Some services such as maps, insurance, or payment providers may be offered by third parties. Their own terms and policies may apply.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account from the app or follow the steps on our Account Deletion page.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
