Delete Your PakTruck Account

Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open the PakTruck app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm with your password or Google account (if applicable).
Drivers must complete or cancel active stands and shipments before deletion.
What is deleted or deactivated
- Your account is marked deleted and you can no longer sign in.
- Your profile is hidden from the app.
- Driver listings are removed when applicable.
- Push notification tokens are cleared.
- Your Firebase Authentication account is deleted when verification succeeds.
What may be retained
- Records required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or support purposes.
- Completed shipment or transaction history linked to other users.
- Crash diagnostics already sent to Firebase Crashlytics (see Privacy Policy).
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email paktruck.pk@gmail.com from the address or phone number registered on your account with the subject line Account Deletion Request. We will verify ownership and process your request.
